Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 17 years old stay for US$0 per person per stay when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Jayda Nile Terrace: Closed from Sun, Dec 03, 2023 until Tue, Apr 30, 2024 Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Kindly note that a deposit of USD 50 per night is needed upon check-in to cover any extras. Please note that the Half Board offer is only applicable in the main restaurant and it is either buffet or set menu according to hotel availability. Children from 0 – 5.99 years old sharing a room with two adults are offered free accommodations and meals on the same board basis as the adults. Children from 6 – 11.99 years old sharing a room with two adults are offered free accommodations and pay the extra charge for any consumed meal. Maximum number of children sharing a room with two adults is one child. Breakfast charges for children are compulsory where applicable. Jayda Restaurant & Pool Area Closure: Jayda Restaurant will be closed October 1, 2023 - April 30, 2024 and the pool area will be closed October 1, 2023 - February 29, 2024 for renovations. We apologize for the inconvenience. As for the pool closure, guests can enjoy the alternative pool at Hilton Cairo Zamalek Hotel. A shuttle bus leaving at 11:00 & 14:00 and returning 14:30 and 18:00 Due to the renovation work, the health club is currently located on the seventh floor.
